Working Washington is the statewide organizing home for the multiracial workers movement. 

We build worker power in industries where unionization may not be an option, empowering workers who have been marginalized within the broader labor movement. 

Our base spans from urban centers to rural communities, ensuring workers can connect and bring about change in the places where we live. 

Our worker leaders organize campaigns that change the debate about what workers deserve, raise the bar for wages and protections, and apply pressure to governments and corporations. 

Our sibling organization, Working Washington Rights Center, supports and enforces our organizing and campaigning through education and legal services.

We know that if we can organize a statewide coalition that amplifies the expertise and vision of low-wage workers, we can transform the culture, laws, and working conditions that shape our lives.
